- • Proactively engage customers over the phone to understand needs, resolve queries, and recommend the right products and services.
- • Sell, upsell, and cross-sell hardware, software, and IT service solutions to drive revenue growth.
- • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by building and managing a robust sales pipeline.

Key Skills
