Training Expert

This role requires a seasoned training expert to develop and deliver impactful programs for sales and business development teams in key regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver High-Impact Training
- Create engaging, activity-driven sessions where team members learn by doing
- Design structured forums for peer-to-peer learning and growth
- Implement buddy training and mentorship programs to support new hires
- Provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training to ensure seamless execution
- Lead online training sessions on sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and closing
- Develop content using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Craft clear, easy-to-understand content that simplifies complex ideas
- Presentation skills: build and deliver clear decks that keep learners engaged
- Familiarity with tools like Articulate 360 or Camtasia is beneficial
- Identify skill gaps and turn them into training opportunities
- Measure training effectiveness and tie it back to performance
- Take full ownership of delivery and outcomes, ensuring programs are on time and outcome-driven
Requirements
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive results independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience as a sales trainer (2-4 years)
- Background in GenAI and LLM-based content development
- Familiarity with the US, EU, and AU student housing market is beneficial
