Drive Growth as a Marketing and Demand Generation Leader at SimplifyVMS

SimplifyVMS, a leading global SAAS provider of contingent workforce VMS solutions, is seeking an experienced Marketing and Demand Generation Leader to drive revenue growth and expansion in the HR Tech industry.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading demand generation efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue.

Demand Generation and Growth Marketing
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, SEO, webinars, events) to attract and convert qualified leads.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify high-performing channels and optimize ROI-positive initiatives.
Brand Strategy and Positioning
  • Define and communicate a clear brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Position the company as a thought leader in HR tech by creating compelling messaging that addresses target audience pain points.
Content and Inbound Marketing
  • Oversee the creation of high-value content, including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, eBooks, and videos.
  • Drive inbound marketing strategies to capture leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Sales Enablement and Collaboration
  • Partner with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Develop and provide sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitor analysis.
Analytics and Performance Tracking
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Use analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) to monitor customer journeys and improve marketing strategies.
Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Collaborate with product, customer success, and sales teams to ensure marketing supports company-wide goals.
What We Offer:
