Job Description

The role will be focused on leading the successful rollout of a Cross-Border Services strategy within the Asia Pacific region. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders to implement and commercialize new payment solutions.

  • Product go-to-market strategy development and commercialization
  • Ensuring Legal and Regulatory readiness for the region
  • Country-wise commercialization strategies for the AP region
  • Sales enablement through content, training, and other support tools
  • Development of Go-to-Market plans for distribution via Bank, MTO, and Digital channels
  • Pricing benchmarking and margin management for these channels
  • Deal-structuring for key distribution partners in the region
  • Identifying key use cases/flows based on consumer insights and evolving the value proposition for XBS
  • Execution Readiness for sale, deployment, and operation of XBS solutions in the AP region
  • Profit and Loss (P&L) ownership and pipeline tracking for overall financials
  • Establishing Industry partnerships and strategic alliances to support regional growth
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • This position requires a collaborative individual who can manage relationships across multiple functional areas, key customers, and strategic partners in the AP region.
  • Business acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results for the customer and Mastercard
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering timely results under tight timelines
  • Knowledge and experience within the cross-border payments industry
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility, as well as diplomatic and flexible communication
  • Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior management and business partners
  • Ability to embrace complexity while delivering simple solutions
