Business Transformation Lead

The role of Business Transformation Lead requires strong stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, and experience with project delivery. A proven track record in managing stakeholders across multiple geographies is essential.

A successful candidate will have end-to-end project delivery experience through all stages - idea generation, definition, implementation, testing, governance, and closure. Experience following Agile frameworks and usage of tools like JIRA/Confluence is preferred.

Strong business transformation professionals with digital payments experience are required. BA with customer onboarding experience into Avaloq and exposure to Appway is desirable.

The role involves leading small/medium-scale transformation and re-engineering projects & initiatives or supporting senior process consultants in managing a large transformation program.

Mentoring one or many process analysts in a program/project environment guiding them to deliver program/project objectives is also required.

The role involves revisiting projects post-deployment on regular basis to validate whether the objectives are met and sustainable.

A key responsibility includes mobilizing right support for re-engineering projects, ensuring designs are translated into implementation, including tech funding ask, business case creation, supporting Jira work for demand intake process.

A strong understanding of data to support opportunity identification is necessary. Collaborating with other enablers & teams ie Automation, Technology, Operation Transformation Program Office to drive Global and local re-engineering initiatives is also required.

Supporting TP PMO in managing project and program delivery teams and making course corrections as necessary is another key responsibility.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Cross Border Payments products/journeys/payment rails (such as SWIFT, 3rd Party payment rail, SPEA etc.)
  • Deliver step change in operational performance (cost, service levels, and customer satisfaction) through identification and successful initiation of new process improvement initiatives aligned with local/regional transformation goals
  • Act as a reliable transformation delivery lead & working closely with stakeholders to identify key projects
  • Provide detail input to ensure commercially viable decisions are taken on prioritizing and optimizing the project portfolio

Willingness to work in the US shift or EU aligned shift is also required.
