Job Title: Cross-Functional Communications Strategist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead corporate communication, marketing communication and branding for the India Region. As a key member of the Marketing & Communication team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated communications strategies across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.

Manage and mentor a team of professionals to ensure effective execution of communications plans.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master's in Communications preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial equipment/machinery sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital media trends and their application in business settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in local languages (Hindi and/or regional languages) an asset.
