
Digital Learning Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the management and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS) platform, and the creation and maintenance of high-quality learning content.
This role is responsible for ensuring that all employee training activities are properly recorded in the LMS, and will drive the creation of engaging, impactful training programs that enhance employee learning experiences.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing digital learning tools and content, including e-learning modules, videos, assessments, and other forms of interactive content.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Learning & Development, Education, or related field. Field experience in LMS administration and content development is highly valued.
o Proven experience managing and configuring LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.).
