We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to oversee the management and optimization of our Learning Management System platform, and the creation and maintenance of high-quality learning content.

This role is responsible for ensuring that all employee training activities are properly recorded in the system, and will drive the creation of engaging, impactful training programs that enhance employee learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in the manufacturing or energy sector, as the role will involve developing technical training content in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Support & Training: Provide training and support to employees and ensure seamless delivery of online learning experiences.

  • Content Upload & Tracking: Manage the efficient upload and organization of learning content within the system.

  • Completion rates, learner progress, and other system metrics to assess training effectiveness.

Key Skills:

Instructional Design:
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop high-quality, engaging, and interactive training materials such as e-learning modules, videos, assessments, and courses.

Quality Assurance:
Review and evaluate all content for clarity, quality, and accuracy.

A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Learning & Development, Education, or related field is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in LMS administration and content development, including proven experience managing and configuring LMS platforms, creating digital learning content, and analyzing LMS data and training metrics. A strong focus on accuracy and high-quality delivery of training content is essential.
