Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic EdTech team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging, learner-centric digital experiences that combine pedagogy, technology, and creativity.

You will collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts, and product teams to design curricula, online courses, and multimedia content that deliver measurable learning outcomes for diverse learners.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop high-quality instructional materials, including course modules, interactive learning journeys, and assessments. You will also partner with faculty and SMEs to convert academic or industry knowledge into structured, learner-friendly content.

In addition to your technical skills, you will bring a deep understanding of adult learning principles, competency-based education, and the ability to apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick) in an EdTech environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning Sciences, English Language, or related field
  • Experience: ~2–5 years of experience designing digital/online courses in EdTech or higher education
  • Pedagogy and Adult Learning: Strong knowledge of pedagogy, adult learning principles, and competency-based education
  • Technical Skills: Experience with authoring tools (Articulate 360 – Rise and Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, H5P) and LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, etc.)
