Role Overview As a Performance Marketer at Spinta Digital, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns across various channels and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive traffic and conversions.
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Facebook Ads Manager. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively across campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to identify the most effective ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies.
Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital agency environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
