Job Description">

Our team is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of our Human Capital Management solution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and deploying SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Timesheet modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • At least 2 years of end-to-end implementation experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Core, Time Off & Timesheet.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to core HR and experience in leading a team for EC implementation projects.
  • Able to conduct workshops independently to understand business requirements and run demos for customers.
  • Excellent EC configuration skills, including data models, foundation objects, MDF objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, and reporting.
  • Ability to validate whether the EC solution meets business requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge in integration within SF Modules like ONB, Recruitment, and LMS.
  • Additional expertise in SAP HR module is highly valued.
