Job Description:

Senior HRIS Manager Role

As a strategic business partner, you will play a key role in driving the success of our organization by overseeing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) SAP Success Factors system.

The Senior HRIS Manager is responsible for ensuring system support & problem resolution, HR reporting, analysis of business & system processes, and optimization. This position works closely with key users on configuration of security roles, workflow, and business rules to ensure data integrity and usefulness of critical people data.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administration of Success Factors including configuration, testing, role security, and troubleshooting.
  2. Project management during system implementations and ensuring projects and tasks are completed as assigned.
  3. Documentation of configuration process and key decisions in support of change management and communications.
  4. Leadership of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during implementations and escalation of feedback to implementation team from UAT members if additional discussion is required.
  5. Configuration of live sites in preparation for go live.
  6. Regional end-user support on data entry procedures, system navigation, and reporting.
  7. Analysis of HR functional business & system processes and recommendation of improvements to meet business needs.
  8. Ensuring data standards through automation, setup of preventative controls, data audits, and working with the business for corrections.
  9. Establishment and maintenance of business and compliance reports and dashboards for leaders. Building competence of users for accessing/reviewing data.
  10. Creation and delivery of trainings for new users, managers, and HR leaders globally.
  11. Accuracy and data integrity of HRIS system through periodic reviews and audits.
  12. Leadership of sustainment planning for HR technology including release (upgrades) planning.
  13. Support with other HRIS projects as required.
  14. Management of Integrations with both HR and D&T systems.
  15. Collaboration with our Success Factors Partner EX3 on provisioning requirements, troubleshooting & implementation projects.
  16. Partnership with SAP on module stabilization reviews & leading the project to action the findings and support with change management.
