Strategic Business Development Specialist

As a key member of the Colliers advisory team, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Development Specialist to support our continued growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and overseeing the delivery of assignments, while also providing business development support and collections.
- Lead client-facing presentations and pitches, showcasing Colliers advisory capabilities and expertise.
- Develop in-depth understanding of clients' objectives and market dynamics to inform business models and financial projections.
- Present clear and concise reports and deliverables to clients, utilizing exceptional communication skills.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for gathering knowledge of the regulatory environment in the real estate industry and understanding the relevant players in the market.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and experience in communicating complex ideas clearly. As a collaborative team player, you will be capable of working with others to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Estimated annual salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 based on location and experience.
