Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams and facilitate seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and artifacts, with the ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile principles.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing project scope and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will also coordinate and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, promoting effective collaboration across teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing product backlogs, refining user stories, and prioritizing new requests
  • Removing impediments and ensuring a smooth workflow for development teams
  • Coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 8-12 years of proven experience in a Scrum Master role
  • Strong familiarity with software development processes
  • Expertise in Scrum methodologies and artifacts
  • Proficiency in other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated servant leadership abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
