Job Title: F&B Director

The Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Food and Beverage operations. This high-profile position demands an individual with extensive experience in luxury hotels, a proven track record of delivering exceptional dining experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining impeccable service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead all aspects of the Food & Beverage Division, including multiple restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining services.
  • Develop innovative F&B concepts and elevate culinary offerings to align with our luxury positioning.
  • Pursue revenue growth through strategic promotions, menu engineering, pricing, and cost management.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing F&B team.
  • Implement and monitor departmental SOPs, brand standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Culinary team on menu design and culinary innovation.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and feedback.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the F&B Operation.
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing for F&B promotions, events, and partnerships.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A successful candidate should possess:

  • Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management from a reputable institution.

Experience:

  • 15 years of experience in Luxury Hotel F&B Operations.
  • Currently holding a Director F&B position in a high-F&B turnover Luxury/Deluxe Hotel.
  • Exposure to high-volume Banquet/Events Operations and Specialty Dining Concepts.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver on service excellence.
  • Resourceful, creative, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is an advantage.
