The Role

We seek a methodical and solution-driven Project Manager/Requirements Analyst to oversee projects throughout the SDLC, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Transform incoming project requests into detailed requirements and specifications.
  2. Review requirements with stakeholders to achieve consensus before development starts.
  3. Work with the website development team and stakeholders to manage scope, schedule, and quality of projects.
  4. Collaborate with teams on projects requiring integration between systems.
  5. Showcase project deliverables to stakeholders.
  6. Partner with lead engineers to ensure project expectations are met.

Qualifications

  • A related university degree or college diploma is required, along with an acceptable equivalent of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of product management experience, with strong project management expertise, driving documentation of clear and actionable stakeholder requirements and driving the scrum process with teams.
  • Ability and willingness to work US hours due to significant collaboration with US stakeholders.
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience is necessary.
  • Ability to lead through influence and effectively communicate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and SQL databases is preferred.
  • Strong organization and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter with ability to multitask and support multiple project initiatives according to deadlines.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Data driven, including ability to complete analytics to inform road maps, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor while organizing resources to resolve system outages or feature failures.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and Jira is preferred.
