Our Team seeks a Senior Warden to oversee daily management and operations of residential facilities. This role requires ensuring athlete safety, discipline, and welfare while providing leadership, guidance, and administrative oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hostel Management & Supervision

Ensure smooth functioning of residential facilities and efficient hostel operations.

Safety, Security & Welfare

  • Manage emergency situations effectively and coordinate with medical and security teams when needed.

Discipline & Athlete Guidance

  • Act as a mentor and provide guidance to athletes in managing personal challenges.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with departments such as security, housekeeping, medical, and administration to ensure seamless hostel functioning.

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records, including resident profiles, emergency contacts, and medical details.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in hostel/residential management.
  • Proven leadership and staff management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with athletes and parents.
  • Ability to manage conflicts, handle emergencies, and take sound decisions under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures is desirable.
