Job Title: Sales Manager / Sales Executive – Building Materials

Location: Vizianagaram Region

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years (Building Materials / Construction Industry)

Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager / Sales Executive to lead sales operations in the Vizianagaram region. The role requires strong expertise in building materials sales, dealer/distributor management, and project-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks in the region.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and project consultants.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Drive sales growth through field visits, client meetings, and market activations.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain proper credit control with customers.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives (if applicable) for performance delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales within Building Materials / Construction / Cement / Steel / Tiles / Paints / ACP / Hardware industry.
  • Strong network of dealers, distributors, and influencers (architects, contractors, builders).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle targets, work independently, and travel extensively across Rayalaseema.
  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
