Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Area Sales Manager located in Vizianagaram. The Senior Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding the merchant network. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients, monitoring market trends, and providing regular reports on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management and team leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Proficiency in market analysis and trend monitoring
- Good understanding of digital payments and financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
