Reception Professional

We are seeking an experienced Reception Professional to serve as the first point of contact for our visitors, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Manage the reception area, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries efficiently.
  • Handle courier, mail, and document coordination with precision.
  • Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs effectively.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to management when required.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Redirect sales leads to relevant stakeholders and foster customer relationships.
  • Assist in sending promotional materials to potential clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements diligently.
  • Update the CRM/database with accurate client and sales information timely.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Presentation skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
