Customer Service Representative

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer queries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing: Responsible for preparing and sending invoices to customers in accordance with E-Invoicing rules.
- Customer Query Handling: Handles customer inquiries regarding GST, e-waybill, and insurance, providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer concerns.
- Sales Support: Provides sales support to the sales team when they are absent, ensuring continuity of sales operations.
- Customer Coordination: Manages dispatch schedules, delivery timelines, and updates, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
- Sales & Finance: Prepares proforma invoices, follows up on payments, and handles payment reconciliation.
- Warehouse & Dispatch: Sends approved invoices for dispatch, coordinates sample dispatch, and maintains logs.
- CHA & Customs: Liaises with CHA for import/export clearance, shares required documents, and tracks clearance status.
- Head Office: Requests stock, confirms inventory, and handles urgent escalations.
- Reporting: Maintains sales, payment, and dispatch records, prepares regular performance and inventory reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in customer support and GST invoicing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
