We are looking for a candidate who is interested in working on overseas companies in the Audit/Accounts/Tax/MIS/Compliance functions.

The position involves assisting in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.

**Core Responsibilities**

  • Audit, Accounting & Financial Reporting: Assist in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Support preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation
  • Research & Standards Interpretation: Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes

**Typical Requirements**

  • Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance—or IPCC/IPC qualification in progress
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and comfort with Excel and tools like Tally, SAP or QuickBooks
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, time management
