Article Assistant Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Article Assistant to support our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will assist with various activities such as auditing, consulting projects, corporate law compliance, taxation matters, and start-up advisory services.

About the Role

  • Assist with audit and assurance activities, consulting projects, and corporate law compliance.
  • Contribute to taxation matters, including income tax, indirect taxes, and GST advisory services.
  • Support business structuring and set-up, business management consulting, and other related tasks.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and independently to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have completed CA Intermediate Course.
  • Excellent knowledge of audit and assurance, taxation, and corporate law is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Candidates should be able to work well in a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office applications is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn are highly valued.
  • Relevant internship or work experience in accounting or finance is an advantage.
