Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive at ICCS, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and accelerating revenue. This role requires a highly collaborative and influential leader who can develop and implement business development strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects to identify and meet their business needs.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, including market research, needs analysis, pitch, closing, renewal, and upsell.
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience leading and executing full sales cycles, including prospecting, closing, and retention/upsell.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Ability to learn new technology systems quickly.
