Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to drive sales of our IT Web3 services. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, products, and services.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Meet with clients face-to-face or over the phone.
- Foster and develop relationships with clients.
- Understand the needs of your customers and respond effectively with a plan to meet these needs.
- Think strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.
- Work strategically, carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes.
- Draw up client contracts.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate.
- Seek ways to improve the way the business operates.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
- Create a sales pipeline.
- Increase sales of the business.
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to senior management.
- Develop the business's sales and marketing strategy.
