In this role, you will be responsible for sales growth for a service based security guard company in USA. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to help drive revenue growth, acquire new customers, and expand our market reach. This position requires exceptional spoken and written communication skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify and engage potential leads through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
- Conduct service presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns.
- Maintain phone calls, sms and email campaigns to reach out to the customers and generate leads.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or growth roles, preferably in a service based company.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
