We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Expert Lead to join our team.

About the Role

This is a pivotal position that requires strong analytical and communication skills. As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors that meet our sustainability standards.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate best-in-class pricing, payment terms, and lead times while ensuring compliance with sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Collaborate with design and product teams to source innovative, eco-friendly raw materials and trims.
  • Sampling Cycle: Manage the sampling cycle against set timelines to ensure readiness for shoots & final production.
  • Research: Research and implement new textile technologies that reduce environmental impact.
Requirements
  • Leadership: Lead the sourcing team with a focus on speed, innovation, and execution excellence.
  • Vendor Network: Build and leverage a strong vendor network to scale business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflows.
