We are seeking a skilled Denim Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sourcing department, you will be responsible for identifying and developing vendors to build long-term relationships and maintain a strong supply chain.
You will lead negotiations with vendors to ensure best pricing, margins, and product quality. Your goal will be to finalize prices, place orders with the right vendors, and ensure uncompromised product quality.
Furthermore, you will coordinate daily with vendors for production updates and ensure timely delivery of garments. You will also visit factories for production follow-ups, quality checks, and monitoring production status.
Maintaining effective communication and relationship management with stakeholders is essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop vendors to build long-term relationships and maintain a strong supply chain.
- Lead negotiations with vendors to ensure best pricing, margins, and product quality.
- Finalize prices, place orders with the right vendors, and ensure uncompromised product quality.
