Job Summary

This full-time role for a Procurement Manager (Indirect Procurement) based on-site requires evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement activities, and developing relationships with vendors. Key tasks include contract management, analyzing procurement data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories (e.g., IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, marketing).
  • Develop sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value.
  • Lead RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the supplier base and reduce procurement risk.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms.
