Business Development Manager for Offline Sales

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to spearhead offline sales channel development, focusing on dealership acquisition and retailer partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-field sales by acquiring dealerships, visiting shops and retailers to establish and expand sales channels.
• Foster strong relationships with retailers to drive retail sales and enhance market presence.
• Develop and manage modern trade accounts, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility.
• Meet and exceed monthly and weekly offline sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Identify opportunities to increase offline sales channels and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and promotional activities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and channel development, preferably in retail and modern trade.
• Strong knowledge of offline sales and marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, with a target-driven approach and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work in a field-intensive role with flexibility and resilience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic market conditions.
