Job Description:

 

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company revenue growth.

  • Partnering with popular Agents/Coaching Institutes/Schools/Colleges/Universities for lead generation of study abroad aspiring students in the assigned areas

 

  • Make regular visits to the prospective clients in the above space

 

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts to be shared with them

 

  • Arranging minimum two seminars/webinars per week in partnered Coaching Institutes/Schools/Colleges making it a total of 8 nos per month

 

  • Need to generate quality leads from offline promotional activities

 

  • Prepare daily report for the task allotted

 

  • Management reserves the right to add or modify work as per the demands of the situation

 

 Requirements:

 

·      Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or

related field.

·      Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the school or university marketing/study abroad/coaching/education sector

·   Prior exposure of working in cities like Siliguri, Guwahati, Agartala, Ranchi, Patna, Bhubaneswar, etc in the education space

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

·      Should be comfortable in traveling extensively in the designated area

·      Must have a two-wheeler/laptop/smart phone

·      Compensation: As per Industry standards

 

Salary : 40,000/- per month + Variables
