Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible as the P&L head for North India business, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities will be as given below:
● P&L Target: Responsible for achieving the P&L target for Study Abroad vertical (Any course including MBBS) for university admissions
● Network Building:
o Partnering with popular Universities/Schools for lead generation of aspiring students for study abroad.
o Target tie-ups with foreign entrance coaching institutes/science teachers for widening the database of leads.
o Build a network of agents in neighboring countries (Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan & Myanmar) for providing students for study in India or any other country
●Seminars & other offline activities: Conduct a minimum 1-2 seminars per week in Coaching Institutes/Schools/Colleges making it a total of 4-8 nos per month
●Team building: Responsible for providing reference for local team development and assist in other branches also
● Responsible for Lead Generation: Need to generate quality leads from both offline & online promotional activities.
● MIS: Preparation of suitable MIS for proper review mechanisms
●Training & Development: Training the tele-counsellors for creating a database of Hot & Warm leads and enhance their understanding of overseas education trends and market demands
● Brand Visibility: Quarterly Plan for participation at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
● Management reserves the right to add or modify work as per the demands of the situation
Requirements:
● Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a reputed university/study abroad company/coaching-based company like Aakash or Allen/ any other education industry
● Bachelor's degree/master’s in commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
● Should be comfortable in traveling extensively in the designated area
● Must have a four-wheeler/laptop/smart phone
Compensation: Upto 1 lac/month + variables
