Job Description

  • Measure response times, monitor system performance, and identify bottlenecks.

The focus will be on evaluating how the platform behaves when accessed by up to 20,000 concurrent users, each loading multiple widgets on the portal. Additional testing will include measuring the impact of integration calls from ServiceNow and assessing performance when reports are generated or loaded.
