Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a seasoned expert in ServiceNow development to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures is required.
  2. The successful candidate will have hands-on expertise integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow.
  3. Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer are essential.
  4. Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is also necessary.
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users) is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine) is beneficial.
  • Experience mentoring or leading technical teams is a plus.

Core Competencies:

  • SecOps (SIR & VR) Advanced configuration and customization is a core competency.
  • Solution Design Translate business requirements into secure workflows is another key area of focus.
