Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' complex needs. As a Software Engineering Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of software development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise on ServiceNow implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and develop custom configurations, scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale HR service environments, meeting client expectations and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain unit tests, defect fixes, and hypercare support for new features and releases.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Strong understanding of HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
