Senior ServiceNow Platform Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the ServiceNow platform across modules: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro with 7+ years of experience.
  • Develop technical expertise in Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems.
  • Set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows.
  • Prepare for audits, create compliance documentation, and train L1/L2 teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its modules.
  • Hands-on experience with technical skills mentioned above.
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
