Business System Integration Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business System Integration Specialist to optimize sales system architecture and ensure seamless data flow between platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate CRM/ERP systems, ensuring effective data synchronization and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures to enhance process efficiency.
  • Lead system integration projects, including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity across integrated platforms, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Train sales teams on new tools, features, and process changes to improve productivity and adoption.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or systems integration role, with hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales workflows, KPIs, and data compliance standards.
