  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Manager. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise between different business units and functions, fostering communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and coordinate strategic initiatives, projects, and change management efforts to optimize business processes and strengthen the control environment.
  • Improve operational efficiency within the organisation by identifying areas for improvement, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Develop performance reporting for key metrics that reinforce the strategic objectives of the division and support the external commitments made.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
