Job Title: Senior Supplier Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supplier Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our suppliers and ensuring that they meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services;
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to achieve mutual benefits;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures;
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier relationships;
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance;
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier relationship management;
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Supply Chain Management or related field;
  • Experience in a similar industry;
  • Familiarity with quality management systems;
