Reward Operations Manager Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the operational delivery of all reward activities. This includes job architecture, salary ranges, market profiles, benefits administration oversight, and incentive scheme governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Delivery: Lead the operational delivery of reward processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Escalation Management: Act as the second point of escalation for BAU queries, providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Cyclical Activities: Oversee and project manage cyclical reward activities such as TGBS and Annual Compensation Review, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Partnerships: Partner with Payroll teams to ensure benefit processes are accurate and compliant.
  • Talent Development: Coach, mentor, and develop Reward Analysts to build capability and resilience in the team.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvement, automation, and standardisation of reward operations across markets.
  • Compliance: Maintain strong compliance with legal, tax, and data protection requirements in all reward processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Significant experience in Reward/Compensation & Benefits operations within a complex, multi-country organisation.
  • Leadership: Strong people management skills with experience leading analysts/specialists.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Workday capability (reporting, compensation modules) desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel / modelling capability.
  • Communication: Confident communicator able to influence at senior levels and manage escalations.
