Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our finance team and drive strategic financial decisions. This role involves overseeing monthly and annual book closures, developing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, and driving financial planning and variance analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, MIS, and audit, with strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Exposure to investor relations, fundraising, and compliance is an advantage.

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and ensure timely closure of books.
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews to optimize financial performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A CA degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, MIS, and audit.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to investor relations, fundraising, and compliance is an advantage.
