Strategic Finance Leader

The organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Finance Leader to drive financial excellence across all aspects of the business.

This pivotal role will play a critical part in shaping the company's overall financial strategy, contributing to long-term growth and sustainability. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's financial plan aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and operationalize multi-geo expansion plans.
  • Provide valuable financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial leadership in high-growth environments.
