Quality Assurance Lead

Job Description:

As a seasoned Quality Assurance professional, you will leverage your expertise in QA methodologies and test design techniques to drive project success. With 12+ years of overall QA experience and at least 5+ years in a leadership role, you will lead blended teams (manual and automation) and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of defect management processes and hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Tosca, or RestAssured.

  • Managing test environments, test data, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Leading Web UI, API, and Mobile testing efforts
  • Developing and executing comprehensive test strategies
  • Providing expert guidance on test design techniques and defect management processes

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance professional who can excel in this leadership role, bringing expertise in test environment management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to drive decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 12+ years of overall QA experience
  • At least 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of defect management processes
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Tosca, or RestAssured
