Hosting Operations Specialist

Are you a skilled professional with expertise in application hosting and environment management? We are seeking a dedicated Hosting Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Environment Setup & Maintenance
    • Configure and maintain LIMS application environments (Database, Application, Report, and Client tiers).
  • Monitoring & Incident Resolution
    • Monitor system performance, logs, and scheduled jobs to ensure high availability.
  • User Access & Security
    • Manage user provisioning, roles, and access rights in compliance with security policies.
  • Backup & Recovery Planning
    • Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery readiness for LIMS environments.
  • Collaboration & Documentation
    • Work with cross-functional teams (DBA, Infrastructure, Validation, Security) to resolve hosting issues.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Hosting Operations Specialist, you will need strong technical skills and excellent collaboration abilities. A degree in Computer Science or related field is required, along with 3+ years of experience in application hosting and environment management. Knowledge of ITIL processes and familiarization with LIMS applications is highly valued.
