Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Create deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across sectors, geographies, and stages of their business operations.
- Advise and consult clients by structuring funding rounds in light of current market conditions and suitable investor needs, requiring an understanding of the private investment market.
- Manage multiple deals simultaneously, ensuring quality services are delivered to clients and adhering to strict deadlines.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience is preferred.
- CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates are preferred.
- Knowledge/prior experience with startup fundraising/venture capital industry is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required.
