Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a fundraising strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HNI, Angel Investors, VCs, Family Offices, Banks, and Institutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling investment presentations, pitch decks, and financial models.
  • Manage the end-to-end fundraising cycle – from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Support due diligence processes and coordinate with legal/finance teams.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication with investors (reports, updates, reviews).
  • Stay updated with market trends, EV sector opportunities, and investment movements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, corporate finance, or capital raising.
  • Strong network of investors (preferred experience in EV, renewable energy, or manufacturing sectors).
  • Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Proven track record of closing investment deals.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a growth-oriented leadership team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
