We are looking for an experienced financial expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

The role involves creating and analyzing financial statements, management dashboards, and MIS reports. The candidate will also build financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.

In addition, the successful candidate will prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections. They will manage Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.

The position requires coordination with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits. The candidate will assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, management dashboards, and MIS reports.
  • Financial Modelling: Build financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • DPR & Project Reports: Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Manage Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Advisory & Strategy: Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Requirements:

  • Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA/CFA
  • Experience: 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
