Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused reservation sales professional to manage guest reservations and drive sales conversions. This role requires excellent communication, sales skills, and the ability to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email & OTAs.
  • Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by upselling and promoting hotel services.
  • Coordinate with operations teams (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) for guest requirements.
  • Maintain updated records of reservations, guest preferences & reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents & repeat guests.
  • Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
  • Monitor OTA bookings, guest reviews, and ensure timely responses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills (English preferred).
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS and OTA platforms.
  • Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
