Reservations Director

We are seeking a Reservation Manager to join our team.

• This role involves assisting customers with ZHotel bookings by sharing property details, availability, and pricing.

• Handling customer inquiries and providing timely support.
• Managing reservation records and ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinating with internal teams for booking confirmations.
• Providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving concerns proactively.
• Maintaining daily records of reservations, changes, cancellations, and feedback.
• Upselling relevant options based on customer needs.
• Supporting reservation reporting and contributing to enhancing booking efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in reservations, sales, or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt pricing strategies accordingly.
• Proficient in using reservation management software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
