About the Role:

  • Identify opportunities for integrated solutions and ensure specifications are documented in relevant formats.">
  • Liaise with operations teams to ensure execution of orders within predefined timelines and criteria.">
  • Ensure timely dispatch of goods to clients' sites as per delivery schedules.">
  • Provide technical support to customers on after-sales related issues and resolve customer complaints within predefined timelines.">
  • Manage dealer activities such as stock booking, invoicing, and payments effectively.">
  • Provide data to the marketing team on potential opportunities for expansion/diversification into new markets/geographies.">
